"I contacted several companies to get car insurance. The companies I reached out to were either very expensive, or cheaper but caused a lot of difficulties. The insurance agent from the previous company I was with advised me not to sign anything. She said they would enter the vehicle information themselves, and I trusted her. For the first six months with that company, everything seemed easy. At the beginning, I just registered and used the insurance. The agent handled everything at first, so I didn’t worry, knowing she would take care of it and help me. However, she never actually helped, and when I accidentally logged into my account to check, I saw that my insurance had been canceled because no one had entered the vehicle information. My former agent then told me that I needed to contact GEICO again to restore everything. So why do I need an insurance agent if she expects me to do everything myself? After that experience, I started looking for a good insurance company. I only recently learned about State Farm, and I am new to this company. I really like how the work is organized here. They are always ready to help and stay in touch. No one says they only work until 5 PM or that I need to contact my agent the next day — there is always someone available to assist. Even if there are issues with registration, they work to fix the problem, which is very convenient. There is no need to spend the whole day calling different places — the insurance staff handle the issue. If you purchase life insurance, they also offer a discount on car insurance, which is a great benefit. When I visited their office, I saw that the employees are genuinely interested in their clients. When there are good offers, they suggest them based on the client’s situation and convenience, not just what is profitable for the company. Thank you for accepting me and for your help.
